Typically, your carpets will be dry within 4 to 6 hours after cleaning. However, this can vary depending on factors like humidity, air circulation, and the type of carpet. We recommend avoiding foot traffic until your carpets are completely dry to maintain their fresh appearance.
What if I have pet stains or odors in my carpet?
We specialize in pet stain and odor removal! Our team uses advanced cleaning techniques and products specifically designed to target and eliminate urine stains and odors at their source. We go beyond surface cleaning to ensure your carpets are fresh and odor-free.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
We ask that you move smaller items like lamps, toys, and personal belongings before our team arrives. For larger furniture, such as couches, chairs, and tables, we can move them for you. However, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. Unfortunately, we are unable to move very large objects, such as beds or heavy appliances. We recommend moving those items prior to our arrival.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
We recommend professional carpet cleaning at least once a year to maintain a clean and healthy environment. However, if you have pets, children, or high-traffic areas, you may want to clean your carpets more frequently. Additionally, under a new Minnesota law, businesses are required to have their carpets professionally cleaned every 6 months to meet health and safety standards.
What types of carpets and upholstery do you clean?
We clean all types of carpets, including synthetic, wool, and oriental rugs, as well as a variety of upholstery fabrics. If you’re unsure whether your carpet or furniture can be cleaned, feel free to ask us for more information.
Can you remove all stains from my carpet?
While we can successfully remove most stains, the result depends on the type of stain, how long it’s been there, and the carpet material. For some stains, such as red dye, complete removal may not be possible. In these cases, alternative methods like dyeing the carpet or replacing sections may be necessary. Additionally, some carpets may require a restoration process before cleaning, especially if the stain is severe. Our team will assess the condition of your carpet and work with you to determine the best solution for your needs.
How soon can you come to clean my carpets?
We offer flexible scheduling and will work with you to find the soonest available time that fits your needs. After your booking is confirmed, we can usually schedule your cleaning within a few days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We do not accept debit or credit cards at this moment, but we do offer convenient online payment options such as Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp. We also accept cash and checks. Payment is typically made after the cleaning is completed to your satisfaction.
